Quality Assurance Associate (QA and Records Management)

The role is responsible for day to day support to Operations in terms of AML, providing support to QARM Head for conducting QA reviews monthly. Impact to the organization is to ensure Operations is in adherence to AML and FATCA regulations.

Responsibilities:

To provide support to Operations with the agreed SLAsTo perform Quality Assurance reviews with minimal supervision by the Quality Assurance Manager.To prepare the reports in a timely manner, with minimal supervision and for the review of the QA Manager.To ensure the integrity of Life Asia and reliable source of information.To act as Distribution Compliance with the Operations to ensure distributors will not breach any Market Conduct guidelines.Work closely with Operations and Compliance department for support.Perform other responsibilities that may assigned by the Chief Life Operations Officer in order to meet targets.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course.Must have experience working in the Insurance industry.Must have knowledge and background in Regulatory requirements, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AMLATF), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Data Privacy, Records Management.Time management skill and ability to prioritize workHighly skilled in the MS Office (word, excel and power point)Can work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible and can handle various taskGood verbal and written communication skillsMust be willing to work in a hybrid work set-up (WFH and work from the office in BGC, Taguig)
