Program Head for BS Business Admin/BS Entrepreneurship

As Program Head, you will assist the College Dean in ensuring quality teaching and learning practices.

You will play an important role in:

planning and supervising curricular and co-curricular programsproviding direction to the faculty in preparing course syllabi, modules or study guidesleading continuous quality improvement activitiesadvising and coaching studentsconducting clinical observations of faculty

To succeed in this role, we will need you to :

have completed a Doctor of Business Administration/Management degreehave at least 2 years successful college teaching experience; previous supervisory experience in an academic setting would definitely be an advantagebe highly skilled in instructional design & delivery, use of instructional technologyhave good communication and interpersonal skills
