Dean of the College of Business & Accountancy

As College Dean, you will lead the planning, enhancement and implementation of the curricular offerings of the college; implement activities which will drive student retention and enrolment growth; promotes competence of the faculty and supervises the various administrative and academic functions of the college.

You will play an important role in:

providing guidance to the program heads in achieving excellent student outcomesspearheading continuous quality improvement activities of the collegementoring and coaching faculty

To succeed in this role, we will need you to :

have completed a Doctor of Business Administration degreehave at least 3 years successful supervisory experience in an academic settingbe highly skilled in instructional design & delivery, use of instructional technologyhave good communication and interpersonal skills
