职位描述
At least basic knowledge with Excel and other MS office.
Good communication skills and with pleasing personality
Team player, open minded
Able to interact with different management layers
Comfortable in working with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Scanning, indexing, archival of documents which includes validation for completeness and accuracy and content.
Organizing files
Preparation of MIS report
Data Analysis and project support
