Systems Admin IT ( with Hotel / Restaurant / Mall experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology1-2 yrs. experience in the IT fieldMust have experience in Hotel / Restaurants / Mall as an IT specialistMust have experience in PC NetworkingExperience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment requiredHas knowledge with Linux OS is an advantageRemote Desktop supportTCP/IP, DNS and DHCPERP or hospitality background is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriateResolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issuesAssist in product demo during sales presentation24/7 on call supportProduct training and implementationParticipate during installation of system which may require setting up of networks, printers and products equipmentPerform analysis and determine client problems, and document these issuesProvide solutions for network and system related issues, and to provide detailed documentation along with itAssist customers for the purpose of improving processes related to system issuesMaintain error logs in coordination with IT departments, and to maintain resolution reports, tooOffer recommendations — based on various metrics — on how to improve the support process in its entiretyTest system updates
