To ensure compliance to company policies through effective policy orientation and dissemination, training and quality assurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related courseWith at least one (2) year of experience in the related field in a managerial level or 5 years experience in Supervisory level or equivalentWith knowledge and experience in·Training Management (Assessment, Design, Conduct, evaluation)
