HR Data Management Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible to provide support to Human Resources and Payroll team for employee headcount and related cost budget, planning, forecasting, and actualization.Measures financial and operational performance against plan, prior year, and forecast.Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.Works in close coordination and significant interaction with all levels in the organization and serve as the central point of contact of all financial information.As well as providing monthly dashboard and master data with appropriate commentaries, analytics in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree/Licensed in Accounting/Finance or any related field.At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Cupang, Muntinlupa.Full-Time position(s) available.
