Requirements:Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, preferably licensedCreative and results orientedWilling to travel for site visitsRequired Skill(s): Autocad, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop, MS Office and PowerpointPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.One must have the keen sense to learn and create Interior presentation and detailingCandidate should have the initiative and passion for Architecture and Interior DesignThe ability to maintain client relationships and excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilityHighly organised and adaptable with the teamAbility to develop design into all work stages of the project from project brief, schematics, design development, documentation, construction, to practical completionJob Description:Prepares design concepts, project ideation, and FFE schedulePreparation of contract documents, plans, drawings, 3d models, rendered perspectives, furniture detailing material boards and specificationsCoordination with consultants, clients and contractors/ sub-contractorsPerform product sourcing, assistance in purchasing until project stylingAttend client or coordination meetings with the Principal/ Senior Architect and join site visitsPerform related tasks assigned
