We are looking for an Investment Associate who will work closely with our analysts to make stock purchases and other investments that increase profits. This person will be responsible for forecasting market trends, purchasing stocks, and closely observing each client's portfolio for changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      evaluate and execute Real Estate Investments.

·      Create and maintain financial models for real estate private equity funds—including historical and projected asset cash flows, investor contributions/distributions, and fund-level expenses

·      Track, vet, calculate and analyze investment and fund-level information including return

·      projections, net asset values, and key performance metrics

·      Produce investor update reports containing key information including investment strategy

·      commentary, financial summaries, product type, geographic diversification charts, contributions/distributions, and projected returns

·      Perform analyses including hold/sell/refinancing sensitivities

·      Collaborate with all departments of the firm.

·      Participate in other special projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

·      Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance, Statistic and Applied Math.

·      2-5 years of experience in finance / Investment Banking (Real Estate experience is a plus)

·      Team player, collaborative, strong relationship-building skills

·      Self-starter with the ability to multitask on complex deals

·      Strong sense of urgency

·      Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

·      Familiarity with financial modeling, including discounted cash flows and promoting waterfalls

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

·      Ability to manage and effectively present information
