Conducts orientation/training to all new hire Production Personnel before deployment to desired line/section in the productionUpdating training materials/orientation depending on the needs of the production or any changes on the Production GuidelinesMake a training improvement related on training process

Job Qualification:

Graduate of any four (4) year courseWith at least 1 year of work experience conducting training/orientation to production personnel in a Manufacturing companyProficient in Microsoft Applications preferably Excel, Word and PowerpointWilling to be assigned in LIMA Technology Center, Malvar, Batangas
