Permits Officer

The position is responsible for ensuring the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the necessary permits & licenses requirements for title transfer and tax declaration transactions.

Job Responsibilities

Ensures timely completion of processing and issuance of required titles, permits & licenses and reviews completed documents or requirements prior to submission to respective LGU’sCoordinates and deals with various government agencies to secure and process land titles and licensesResolves and addresses any concerns corresponding or relative to transaction of title transfer and tax declaration

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering or any Business related coursesWIth considerable experience in a real estate industryWith strong background in negotiation, government transactions (Barangay & Local Government Units) and external/legal affairsCan drive light vehicle / With driver's license restriction 1,2 (Non-Pro or Pro);Proficient in Microsoft office; Highly analytical; excellent problem solving and people management skills;Strong communication skills (oral and written); Assertive, focused, organized and can do multi-taskingProcess improvement-oriented and Results-driven, Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity

Working Conditions

Ortigas-based but also available for mixed work from home arrangement and field works;Amenable to have official transactions and meetings in multiple sites/locations in Luzon (Calabarzon 4A and/or Central Luzon). Transportation will be provided
