Corporate Security Officer

Assists the operations head in the implementation of company policies and coordinate with the company officers. Report any violations of such.Provides daily security advisories to the operations officers and security headAssists the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incidentLiaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder and burglaryConducts site inspection to ensure security and safety of the entire premisesConducts audit to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantillaResponsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiates evaluation and issues disciplinary action for any misdemeanorInform the operations officer, PE/SE for any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety in.Conducts initial investigation, prepares and submits reports for such.Maintains and submits weekly activity report, weekly activity plan and incident report (spot, progress and final report)Performs other tasks that the company officers may direct

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology or equivalent courses;Relevant working experience specializing in security services is REQUIRED;Knowledge in developing and enforcing security rules and policies;Can handle monitoring and supervision of sites’ security guards and operations;Accepts on-call duties to respond to security incidents on sites;Proficient in Microsoft office or Google Sheet;With driver's license and knows how to drive light vehicle

Work Arrangement

Willing to conduct daily site visitation in any of our project locations (North Projects)6-days work week
