Executive Assistant Interior Design or Architecture graduate

Specific Job Responsibilities:

Conducts Inspection, evaluation and documentation of on-site developmentsAttend site and/or office conference/meetingPerforms core tasks assigned by Executives.Ensures completion of work within schedulesResponsible for overseeing all phases of the assigned projectsSecures the necessary documents and/or clearances to facilitate installation and/or turnover after completion of project.Assists in inspection and attends to pre and post turnover requirements of clients on site when necessary.Partner with other teams such as CAD Designers and/or Technical Team to coordinate all activities on site and ensures that contract and other requirements are satisfiedReports project progress in regular basis to ExecutivesEnsures that work implemented is within schedule and according to quality standards.Work hand in hand with partner Architects, Interior Designers and other assigned project officersPerforms other related functions inherent in team operationsAnswer client’s queries through email or callMaintain and update Executive’s CalendarAssist and provide quotation for Executive clients if necessaryOther related duties that may be assigned to him/her by the Executives

Job Qualification/s:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalentLicensed Architect and/or Interior Design is an advantage1-5 years of experience in assisting Executive officers in the company, specialized in Clerical/Administrative/Interior or equivalentApplicant must be willing to go to project site in a daily basisProficient in English both written and oralGreat problem-solving and decision-making skillsHave a great self-confidence in dealing with high-end clientsKnows how to read and analyze Architectural plansKnows how to render using AutoCAD, V-Ray, Sketch-Up, Lumion and/or Photoshop if necessaryCan Multi-taskCan effectively work under pressureMust be work-oriented, dedicated to work and flexibleWilling to render Over TimeMust be organized in filing of documentsMust possess great sense of commitment to work in a long-term basis in a company for at least 4-5 yearsWilling to work from Monday to Saturday 9:00AM - 6:00PM or 8 hour shiftResiding nearby Makati area is an advantageSalary depends on experience and qualifications starting 18, 000.00 up to 25, 000.00 monthly plus Over Time payment.
