Sales Designer graduate of Interior Design or Architecture

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE or any related field.2-5 years of sales experience in Interior Design/Architecture industryStrong & effective communication skills; Fluent in both written and spoken EnglishPossess strong networking and good connection to liaise with customers/agents/suppliersAble to supervise/monitor projects and carry task independentlyPassionate, energetic; Sales-oriented and self-drivenMaintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all timesPresentable, Passionate on Design, Selling and Marketing.Creative and can easily grasp concepts.Must possess great sense of commitment to work in a long-term basis in a company for at least 5 yearsWilling to work from Monday to Saturday 9:00AM - 6:00PM or 8 hour shiftResiding nearby Makati area is an advantageSalary depends on experience and qualifications starting 18, 000.00 up to 25, 000.00 monthly plus commission.Job Type: Full-time.

Job Description:

To promote and present products to clients in any of the following: outdoor/indoor furniture, wardrobe system, bathroom fixtures, high-end doors, kitchen appliances and/or modular cabinets.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of showrooms.Drive the entire sales process: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale through contract completionBuild a comprehensive profile of client organization decision makers and seek to get visibility and audience up and across the client organizationDevelop and build relationships with new potential clientsBuild and maintain excellent relationships with existing clientsProvide excellent customer service and after sales serviceRespond quickly and effectively to all sales inquiries and follow up diligently with those inquiriesInitiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements and making initial presentationsClose sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.Participate in conferences / meetings/ shows / exhibitions/ saturation when needed
