BIM Lead

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering10 to 15 years of total work experience as BIM Engineer role or similar.Minimum 5 Years experience in Construction, Design, Drafting and Coordination (services)Has the ability to manage people of different levels and can establish a good working relationship with internal and external client.Experience working in complex environments with multiple environmental challenges is a plusKnowledge of Autodesk and Bentley Tools (primarily Revit, Navisworks and OpenBuilding)Responsible for executing and managing BIM/digital engineering work; adding value and bringing digital innovation to design engineering and construction aspects of projects;Conducting reviews and providing input for tenders and post award projects with the objective of delivering high quality and timely BIM/digital engineering services to the organization in line with Leighton’s Digital Engineering Initiative and standard operating procedures.Perform clash analysis, construction simulation, exporting construction drawings, etcAdvanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this on new projectsAbility to effectively prioritise tasks, adhere to deadlines and solve problems when working under pressurePassion in digital technology for construction;Ability to develop learning material and conduct technical training to support project teamsDemonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrityGood interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge in multi-disciplinary design and construction coordination.MUST be willing to work in Makati (full time on-site set-up)

Job Duties:

Responsible for delivering BIM plan execution and implementation and help resolve BIM design issuesCreation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standardsProvide support for plotting and electronic file submissionsProvide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings producedAssist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standardsAssist in training and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Revit Specialist to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Revit ModelSupport Project Standards Coordination with Stakeholders and assist on project work – modelling and detailingAny other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
