IT Support

Job Requirements:  

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.3-5 years of experience in IT technical support for computers and cisco network appliances.With strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and applications.Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills  Experience in operating IT in a large multi-national corporation in a dynamic and changing environment set-up.Experience in managing 3rd party providers. Knowledgeable in Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewall, IPL internetworking, Subnetting, WAN/LAN and security.Experience in a Construction or similar Industry is a plus.

Job Duties:

Asset Management of IT Equipment - Management and record maintenance of IT Asset within the area of coverage including the conditions status and their whereabouts.  IT Hardware Support on User - setup, support, and maintenance of IT hardware issued to users. IT Software Support on User - installation, support, and maintenance of IT software installed in users computer. IT Network Connectivity Support on User - ensures that all users are connected to the network and internet have internet access.IT Infrastructure Support - setup, configure, troubleshoot and maintain the network equipment in the IT infrastructure to stabilize the data communication lines.IT Audit and Compliance - perform duties in accordance to business standard operating procedures. Ensure that all activities and reports is aligned to IT polices and procedures. Compliant to audit requirements.Good moral character and behavior with a sense of business acumen.
