Training and Performance Associate

What You'll Do:

Training and DevelopmentConducts Training Needs Analysis.Develops training modules and materials as needed by the company.Implements and facilitates training programs.Manages external training requests, including reporting and documentationAdministers surveys, and gathers training feedback for the improvement of the succeeding projects of the Training and Performance Team.Employee Support SystemImplements and monitors Employee Support SystemEnsure accurate payment requests, schedule, processing and reportingManagement of "marketing"/ training materialsPerformance ManagementSchedules the performance appraisal period, and ensures the complete participation of the employees.Conducts evaluation Training as needed.Monitors the status of the performance appraisal process and submission of requirements.Career and Succession PlanningConducts the career development programs.Conducts the collection and the analysis of the success plans endorsed by the Department Managers.Other tasks which may be assigned.

What We'd Like You to Have:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Management and relatedWith at least 1-2 years of related work experienceWith background in Performance Management, Learning & Development / Training, Employee evaluation, and CoachingWith good instruction, design, and presentation skillsMust be knowledgeable in data management, business writing, and manual creationMust be knowledgeable in conducting job analysisExcellent English communication skills (written and oral)Proficient in MS Office applications

Education / Teaching / Training / Learning and Development Certification

Note: Please be advised that this is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-baseD position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
