Admin Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, providing verification of employments, maintaining forms and other documents for processingMaintain a repository of table of organization, job descriptions, memos, and other related documentsAttends trainings and seminars to improve knowledge and skillsMonitor, prepare and process permits and other government documents, accounts payables and collectionMaintains and update books of accounts and of inventories of goods and suppliesUpdates document monitoring system (DMS) and customer relationship system (CRM)Prepare efficient schedule and liaise with the deliveries, pick up of items and submission of documentsPerform any accounting related tasks, AP, AR, invoicing and othersAssumes responsibility for the sourcing, review and placing order of materials, supplies, office and computer equipment, tools and research new deals and suppliersPerform/Facilitate purchasing process (requisition, canvassing, preparation, payment and deliveries)Follow up on orders to ensure that materials, equipment, furniture, and fixture are delivered on scheduleInspect product received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specificationMaintain records and follow-up files of purchases, asset monitoring, inventory and related mattersProvide general support to clients / suppliers like meeting / proposal discussion or presentationCreate necessary operational reports, attend meetings and perform other related tasks as may instructed
