Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible in the strategic planning and execution of the company’s business affairs and ensures that targets are meet in weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. He/She will report and work with the Chief Executive Officer of the company to plan and execute the corporate policies and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating his/her all divisional the departments under his control, to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.Discuss with the CEO to review achievements or required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development.Reviews and supports technical and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain the Company’s clienteles requirement to develop new markets.Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.

Qualification:

At least 3-years of work experience as Operations Manager with proficiency in Problem Analysis, Project and People ManagementExperience with Sales and Managed Services Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram in formAt least Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field
