ARCHITECTURAL PLANNER

The job entails assisting the Business Development team in conceptualizing, designing, modeling, rendering and presenting plans for mobility-related infrastructure and commercial facilities. 

The Architectural Planner will play a vital role in the Business Development organization, whose overall task is to define long-term strategic goals and seize new business opportunities, thereby maximizing revenues for the company and improving the company’s financial standing. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural EncodingAdvanced knowledge in AutoCAD, V-ray, Sketch Up, Lumion, Revit Advanced knowledge in graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeStrong organizational, leadership, communication and relationship management skills Strong visualization, coordination and detailing skills Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Keep confidentiality of sensitive information
