RESPONSIBILITIES:BIM modelling and coordination with other disciplines, room/space allocation, quantity estimates and design document checking.Visualization and/or rendering of 3D and Site Models, as necessary.Future involvement in the preliminary and detailed building design of various structures for environmental and energy facilities such as waste-to-energy (WtE) incineration plants, LNG structures, etc. REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of BS Architecture or other related course.With 2-3 years relevant working experience in design and modelling (2D and 3D) of RC & Steel structures.Proficiency in Revit software is must. Knowledgeable in creation of parametric families.Knowledgeable in Dynamo and AutoLISP is an advantage.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and AutoCAD.Should also be adaptive to learn and use other software as the need arises.Willing to work in a Japanese-cultured environment.Willing to be dispatched to Japan.Willing to study and learn the Japanese Language (Nihongo) for better communication with other Japanese staff.
