E3D Systems Engineer

RESPonSIBILITIES :

-      The scope of work shall cover the AVEVA E3D software administration including:

Project Database Creation/Setup and Maintenance.Catalogues and Specifications creation for 3D Model components of Piping, Equipment, Instrumentation, Structure, HVAC, etc.Isodraft and Draw/Draft Administration as per company/project requirements.Reports extraction/preparation from E3D Project Databases.Coordinate and support E3D operators/designers.Troubleshoot and report appropriately technical issues encountered.Creation or development of tools that helps in improvement of work processes.Ensure and meet the quality of the work scopes and task assigned.Adhere to company standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of any Engineering courses (Mechanical, Computer Eng’g. or others).Experience and knowledgeable in the operation of AVEVA E3D or PDMS.At least 3 years’ experience in Plant Design using 3D CAD software.Knowledgeable in piping design standards such as JIS, JWWA, ASME, API, ASTM, ISO and others.Able to read and interpret related technical drawings.Knowledgeable on how to use CAD system such as AutoCAD.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point).Must have long term interest in doing AVEVA E3D Administration works.Must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language to have better communication with the Japanese staff.
