Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.Excellent communication skillsCustomer service orientedGoal driven and Out-goingRequired language(s): EnglishFull-Time position(s) available.Job responsibilities:Attend to inquiries for listings of available units for lease/resale in the assigned area of responsibility.Proactively approach unit owners to sell APMC Leasing as a provider for services such as leasing, leasing plus tenancy, and resale services.Educate unit owners on what is needed to make their unit/s more leasable/ saleableExecute proper and complete documentation for closing agreements: signed contract of lease, government IDs of unit owner and tenants, special power of attorney.Schedule viewings to unit owner and tenants and match in the assigned area of responsibility. Entertain prospective tenants and match their respective requirements according to their needs.Negotiate deals and proactively follow up both unit owners and tenants to close agreements
