In summary, you will assist the Property Manager to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.Job Description:Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspection, implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenanceImplement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumptionTrack and communicate work request status and completionMonitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed. Provide project status reports to Property ManagerPrepare/review plans, estimates, scope of works for various projectsMonitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the propertyAssist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake DrillConduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance and janitorial personnelInvolve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentationJob Qualifications:Licensed Electrical/Mechanical/Civil EngineerPreferably with at least 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to applyMust have pleasing personality, good attitude and customer orientedMust be technically competent in various machines, equipments and machines found in residential or commercial propertiesWilling to be assigned in Cebu City
