Job SummaryThe Product Development Associate is needed to support the PD Officer (Area Head) in the oversight and management of existing and pipeline projects while still being able to manage tasks / projects assigned to him/her.Functional Duties & Responsibilities1. Assist the PPD Officer in his/her projectsPrepares monthly Sales ReportsPrepares and/or collates Permit RequirementsPricelist and payterm template updates for upload to WESELLSupport Officers/Manager in developing and recommending pricing and terms as well as discounts and promos to ensure project salability and profitabilityAssists in monitoring of project items and deliverablesAssists in coordination with other departments for project issues and concerns2. Competitor and environment research3. SAP processingUnit Uploading and TaggingUploading of monthly cost updateReleasing of budgetPR for project items4. Participate and provide updates during regular project update meetings5. Submit timely and accurate reports as may be requested by the PPD Head or the PDG HeadJob SpecificationGraduate of Business Management, Management Engineering, Economics, Civil Engineering /Architecture or any management course from reputable schools / universitiesFresh graduates are accepted, or 1-2 year experience related field
