Job Description

Promotes and leads in marketing, and selling all of Federal Land’s properties through advertisements and other initiativesProcesses client’s transactions and client’s requirementsBuilds and fosters professional networks to maintain a professional relationship with clients and colleagues and stakeholdersProcesses client transactions and client’s requirementsAchieves monthly and semestral sales quota as required within the duration of the contractManages a team of Property Specialists and help them to translate leads into salesResponsible in recruiting and training a group of qualified, active, and tech-savvy sellersCoaches and motivates the sales team to maintain a highly motivated, engaged and energized sales atmosphere

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s DegreeWith a solid experience (minimum of 3 years) as a sales manager or top performer in a real estate industryExcellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skillsCapable in networking and maintaining good client relationshipMust have confidence and must possess a positive attitudeCan work in a team and has high sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-motivationEnthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-orientedProficient in Digital Marketing and online SellingReal Estate Broker’s License is an advantageWilling to work in any part of Metro Manila
