Job Descriptions

The Property Engineer manage the day to day operations of the building for commercial, office and/or residential. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs. 

Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment PM programsAssist the Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure the safety of residents and propertyAssist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirementsOversee all engineering and technical concerns of the projectImplement Energy- conservation and cost-savings measures while monitoring utility consumption of common areas

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Electrical and/or Mechanical EngineeringPreferably board passerWith at least 2-5 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations preferably in High Rise Buildings Residential or Mix-used Commercial CenterBasic accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expendituresTechnical skills in design and installationKnowledge in construction/ maintenanceCustomer orientationStrategic Thinking and Analytical SkillsNegotiating skillsGood both oral and written communicationsWilling to work on Monday to SaturdayShifting schedules depending on project requirementsCan start as soon as possible.Willing to assigned in;
