Quantity Surveyor - ELV System

The Quantity Surveyor for ELV/Auxiliary System is responsible for ocular, design, layout and estimation of CCTV, ACS, PABGM, FDAS, Structured Cabling System, and/or other security and surveillance projects assigned to him. He is also responsible for identifying number of manpower needed for the project, the type and number of materials to be used on the project and provide quality service to our clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

At least graduate of Vocational/Diploma course related to Electrical or ElectronicsSimilar work experience and TESDA certificate related to building wiring is an advantageKnowledge in estimation of Auxiliary Systems is a plusTechnically proficient in cost estimate of projectsWith Knowledge in design/lay-out plotting of various equipmentKnowledge in AutoCAD is requiredPeople oriented and well organizedMust have a very good communication skill and the ability to convey message clearlyNo visible body tattooWilling to do site inspection/ocular visits even in out of town areasFresh graduates who have experienced similar task during their internship are encouraged to apply
