Regional Engineer | Davao

Responsibilities:

Assists in project biddings and managing architectural and engineering projects.Conducts site inspection of all soon-to-open, ongoing, for renovation pawnshop projects of assigned regionPlans and supervises the regular provision of the various office services for the assigned regions such as construction, renovation, repair maintenance, sanitation, communication, records management etc.Assigns/schedules projects for the Maintenance Staff (e.g. maintenance and repair jobs requested by offices or operating units under the region) and monitors their progress

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Preferably with PRC licenseAt least one 1 year experience in project management or as Site Engineer.Willing to work in Davao
