职位描述
The Property Manager position is responsible for the efficient and overall performance of the subdivision estates assigned to the position ensuring the implementation of all directives of the Board and/or Board Committees.
The Property Manager exercises supervision of all aspects of service operations, general administration, and repair and maintenance of these properties.
Graduate of any college degree, preferably in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration or any equivalent.With 1-2 years working experience in Property ManagementStrong interpersonal & business communication skillsHonest and can work under pressure with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft OfficeApplicants must be willing to work in BACOOR CITYWORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday 1 FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
