QA/QC Mechanical Engineer

Basic Qualifications: 

• BS of Mechanical Engineering graduate, must be licensed ME with valid PRC ID

 • Proficient in MS Office Applications. 

• With good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. 

• At least 5 years of extensive experience in High-Rise Building and/or Land Development Construction. 

• Exposure to Mechanical Ventilation Airconditioning System (MVAC) and testing equipment, Sanitary/Plumbing Works, and Fire Protection Systems. 

• Can work under pressure and is results-oriented. 

QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for the following: 

• Monitors and updates the installation/construction works as per approved plans and technical specifications.

 • Prepare daily work activities and maintain logbooks of material testings/reports.

 • Monitors problems at site & recommendation as to the site conditions regularly. 

• Assists and, as needed, attend the project QA/QC meetings and reports on issues and concerns.

 • Monitors and prepares materials inspection reports related to QA/QC. 

• Conducts QA/QC testing and submit initial reports to the QA/QC Head. 

• Conducts final inspection and acceptance of project QA/QC and assists in the issuance of certificates. 

• Inspects pre-delivered material as per QA/QC approved list and ensure conformance to technical specifications.

 • Monitors the acceptable quality of works as the project is in progress. 

• Prepares and issues non-conformance reports for observed deficiencies and cites necessary action recommendations as per QA/QC requirements.

 • Assists in the final issuance of Certificates as to the approved QA/QC inspections and work performance.
