about your new Role

Looking to make a difference in healthcare industry and collaborate in a high performing team and working with modern tools? Better Rehab is seeking a Software Developer to spearhead the development of Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud projects. The Software Developer will be responsible for developing Better Rehab’s CRM/Health suite on Salesforce platform. This individual will be part of the IT Department working with our internal and external partners to design and deliver Salesforce platform implementations at Better Rehab to meet business needs and deliver value.

Your Responsibilities

Design, Implement, Test and Deploy a range of custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platformDevelop Salesforce applications in APEX programming language and Lightning Web ComponentAssist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codeAssist the Software Lead/Product Owner in backlog grooming sessions to refine product backlogAttend all scrum events as required or neededProvide support on issues before, during, and after deploymentCreating unit tests cases and assisting the UAT team with testingContribute to technical and product documentationReview solutions from other Salesforce developers and recommend improvements

about You

You are a self-starter and open to learning and implementing best practices in Salesforce design and development and be part of a fun and high performing software team.You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience   You have 2+ years of experience in software developmentYou have experience in Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Validation Rules, Sharing & Security etc.You have experience working on Salesforce interfaces, Apex, and integrationsYou have Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certifications (preferred but not required)You have competency in HTML, XML, SQL, Java or C++, REST And SOAP=based web servicesYou have familiarity developing on cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or HerokuYou have experience with Salesforce.com integration solutions, including SOAP API, REST API, services, and Bulk APIYou have a deep understanding of SDLC principles including Agile and DevOps practices and methodologiesYou have excellent analytical and problem solving skillsYou have excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou have proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
