Work Location: Mandaluyong and Taguig

Work Schedule: Regular Shift

Job Description:

 At least 3 years of experience Software Asset Management and LicensingEnd-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from its acquisition to retirement. Ensures the completeness and accuracy/correctness of the data maintained to support operational efficiency and identify cost savings/avoidance opportunities.

1.      Conduct internal hardware audits for completeness and accuracy of inventory.

2.      Conduct periodic process audits to ensure policies and processes are evergreen.

3.      Track and ensure HAM KPIs are met.

4.      Work and collaborate closely with different teams to forecast/trend hardware usage.

5.      Create and maintain monthly hardware reports specific to completeness, accuracy, and financial savings/avoidance.

6.      Develop, communicate and cascade all related process and policy changes to stakeholders.

7.      Recommend best practices to optimize the use of hardware and improve the end-to-end process lifecycle.

8.      Trigger expansion of scope to align/adapt standardization of data kept in the inventory to be complied with by different teams.

9.      Facilitate routine activities relating to hardware such as renewal of scoped hardware assets.

10.  Govern, maintain and track hardware inventory by collaborating with the operations team.
