HR Records Management (Eastwood, Quezon City)

Your Role and Responsibilities

The EDM Practitioner will be responsible in the administration of Employee Data Management processes such as Org Management and Personal Data Changes, etc.Meets Service Level Agreements, delivers productivity and process improvements. Analyzes, inputs and processes data updates on the system.Ensures timeliness and accuracy of data inputs and reports.Collaborates with other teams in ensuring transactions are processed accurately and timely.Builds, updates and reviews documentation related to processing, reports and job aids used to lead data.Proactively identifies trends and areas for improvement and suggest resolution to management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College DegreeAt least 1 year experienced admin and/or Data Management/Analyst experience.Candidates must have great to excellent communication skills1 to 2 years similar work experience (data entry, back office etc) in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting preferred, but not requiredCandidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Candidate must be willing to work on Night schedule.Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
