ConTENT CREATION

Develops on-brand, innovative and strategic concepts and copy based on project briefs with their co-writers and the ActivAsia creative team.Ideates and conceptualizes, individually or through brainstorm sessions – the project’s visuals, copy and execution – in order to come up with a comprehensive and high impact proposal.Develops high quality, detailed, clear and winning presentation decks to articulate, package and sell each project proposal.Provides a comprehensive Art List / Cascade to the Art Team and Traffic Officer for the development of supportive artwork and other materials needed.Modifies content and output based on feedback provided.Meets deadlines and stays within the budgetPresents, sells and clearly communicates the winning proposals to Client.

PROJECT EXECUTION

Coordinates with the Business Development Project Manager to discuss final creative requirements for project proposal, production and implementation.Develops persuasive, cohesive, powerful and relevant creative output for execution, including but not limited to:a) an event continuity script; b) video scripts; c) promo mechanics; d) game ideas and mechanics; e) on ground installation experience, and the like.Creative Quality Control: Oversees the creative requirements in the production phase, including but not limited to: art materials proofing, copy changes, segment treatment.Attends the event or activation as an on-site or on-platform writer and/or as an active observer in order to learn from the project runs and improve content, making adjustments when necessary.Takes the lead in ensuring a seamlessly produced program, including briefing the hosts, talents and production teams.Apart from the script, prepares the program sequence, a teleprompter guide, and cue cards when necessary.Perform services on the telephone, Video conference/s via any social media as directed and at such other places as designated by the company or client.
