People Management: Encourage and motivate their staff to perform consistently and abide by the rules, engages customers to create relationships, constant communication with the warehouse to ensure on time delivery of stocks, checking and briefing with the security on post.In charge of Store Opening Preparations; including opening procedures and in-store set upsOversees cash managementClosely coordinates with Area Sales Manager on stock managementStock Management: Proper and orderly display of the product, monitors the delivery and replenishment of the product, monitors stock level at all times, maintains a high level of cleanliness consistently.Handles store closing, inclusive of end of day reporting and other tasks
