ACCOUNTABILITY DEscriptION:

Technical Competency 

Crafting high quality, maintainable and efficient code that meets requirements. Ensure code changes are both unit and integration tested as necessary and contribute to the overall product quality Ability to work independently to research and solve technical problems without necessarily being the technical ‘expert’ Contribute to the design of complex architecture Demonstrate understanding of coding best practices, design patterns and security, with the ability to guide more junior team members

Client Communications 

Engage with clients in collaboration with the project team to understand technical needs and solutions Consult on timelines with the production team and other internal stakeholders, including communication regarding any changes to timelines. Consistently represent the capable, professional image of the company during all client and employee interactions

Project Delivery 

Assist more Senior Team members to deliver projects from client engagement through to maintenanceUnderstand the tasks and components required to deliver a project, support team members to deliver in line with Project plansIdentify project risks and issues and collaborate with the project team to build solutions Lead Projects as assigned, contributing to project meetings and coordinating various elements for delivery to the client

Leadership 

Develop and mentor more junior team members to increase the proficiency of individuals and productivity of the team

Continuous Improvement 

Update job knowledge by studying state of the art tools, programming techniques and equipmentConduct post-project analysis to ensure constant process and efficiency improvements

REQUIREMENTS: 

Candidates must have 5+ Years Software Development Experience focusing on Front-end development.Solid experience working on React or Vue in delivering commercial projects for clients.Experience working with remote teams.Experience in unit testing.·Proven ability to build complex web applications end to end.

NICE TO HAVE:

Full stack experience is an advantage.Experience with backend languages or willingness to learn .NET and/or Node.
