We are looking for an Advertising and Promotions Manager

What you’re expected to do?

Analyzes findings and recommendations on market research, sales trends and other critical data to understand customer and market opportunitiesCollaborates with Operations leaders and other key heads to discuss game plan for executionPrepares and executes sales promotion programs to boost sales for the different brands under The Moment GroupCollaborates w/ Brand Head and DCC Team on strategic direction for advertising & promotion related layouts and copy, audio, video, social media posts, and other such materialsMonitors and analyzes sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaignsDirect the hiring and selection of the Advertising & Promotions team and oversee daily activities

Who can have a seat at the table?

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field; Master’s degree is an advantageHas at least 7 years managerial experience in advertising and promotions in the consumer products and retail or food & beverage industriesProven track record in driving below-the-line advertising campaigns and promotion strategies & tactics to achieve intended results in multi-brand environmentsHighly collaborative, self-driven, and a problem-solverCan lead discussions, work independently, and mentor a team
