MSP IT Engineer - Level 2 (WFH)

Job Description:

Answering inbound support calls and making outbound support calls to assist users with technical issues and requests.Provides IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and customer line of business applications.Conducts system documentation maintenance and reviewTechnical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securityBasic remote access solution implementation and supportAdminister hosted and cloud-based solution services including Microsoft 365 and its related technologiesAbility to analyze existing infrastructure deficiencies and present recommendations for improvementKnowledge of VOIP based PBX systems and concepts

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent English Communication Skills2 Years IT help desk support experienceWith at least one monitoring/RMM system experienceExperience with IT ticketing systemAccount administration experience in Active Directory, Exchange, O365 or G-SuiteAdvanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systemsPrior experience with MSP PSA such Autotask, ConnectWise Basic technical support at the network levelKnowledge of 3CX VOIP based PBX systems and concepts is an advantageProfessional IT Certifications, such as Microsoft MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP or ITIL Foundation is a plus
