IT Project Manager for Software Development

Work location: Makati City and/or Mandaluyong City (NOTE: RCG is currently in a WFH setup)Work schedule: Night shiftFor Full-time employment with competitive salary & benefits package (HMO, leaves, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentMust be willing to work on Night shiftMust be willing to work in Makati City and/or Mandaluyong City (NOTE: RCG is currently in a WFH setup)Minimum of 10 years experience in IT job functions and, a minimum of 5 years recent experience providing ‘hands-on’ project management direction at the first-line levelDemonstrated success in managing projects using Waterfall and AgileCareer background must include a minimum of 3 years of hands-on management of an Application Development project covering in at least four (4) of the standard system development life-cycle phases.Demonstrated ability to successfully design and implement a variety of complex systems and solutions or, for non-application development project managers: demonstrated ability to successfully perform as a project manager in the area of technical expertise for which the project manager was hired, e.g. Testing Manager.Demonstrated ability in the administration and technical supervision of senior and junior level technical personnel in the area of expertise for which the project manager was hired.Demonstrated experience in MS Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project (or similar Project Management Tools).Demonstrated mastery of project control procedures such as Planning, Tracking, Change Management, Risk Management, Issue Management, Personnel Management, etc.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.Completed a formal training in Project Management.

Other Qualifications (nice-to-have/advantage):

PMP Certification a plus.Certified at Scrum Master Level

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivering project scope and requirements using the prescribed project methodologyonboarding and training of new PMsCreating, optimizing, and maintaining training and process materialsResponsible for interfacing with clients, partners and sub-contractorsEstablishing and adhering to project targets, goals and reporting requirementsEstablishing and/or attending daily, weekly and monthly project status meetings (where project deltas are communicated)Establishing project execution plan, interface management process, responsibility matrix, schedules and WBS relative to contract requirements and milestonesAdhering to RCG’s quality stage gate milestonesMonitoring and adhering to technical and risk management processesResponsible for adhering to project controls systems (i.e. document control, cost control and schedule)Monitoring progress and take timely, proactive corrective actions where necessary to limit delay and riskResolving problems and conflicts within project and understanding when to activate escalation proceduresResponsible for adhering to RCG change management processes
