Financial Analyst (Temporary WFH Setup)

Temporary work from home setupOffice location: Makati City (NOTE: RCG is currently in a WFH setup)Work schedule: Day-shiftFor Full-time employment with competitive salary & benefits package (HMO, leaves, etc.)Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalentMust be willing to work in Makati City (NOTE: RCG is currently in a WFH setup)5 to 6 years’ experience in Financial Reporting, general ledger systems & proceduresStrong analytical skills & highly detail orientedAbility to act & operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectivesHighly knowledgeable in Excel, Vlookup, Pivot tables. MS Access experience idealExcellent communication skills (both verbal & written)Certified Public Accountant, plus (not required)Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the completion of monthly close procedures, prepare month-end reports and other supporting schedules.Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately and timely on a monthly basisAnalyze financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variancesCalculate and analyze payroll, service fees and corresponding entriesAssist in preparation and submission of reports needed for BIR, SEC and other Government agenciesOther tasks to be assigned from time to time *Due to pandemic, RCG Global Services, Inc. is currently implementing a work-from-home setup.
