Organization Logistics Officer

The Organization Logistics Officer (Admin Officer) is responsible for providing a high level of customer service in the areas of logistics, facilities, asset and benefits management.

Logistics Management

Arrange for the service vehicle requirements of requesting departments with accredited third party providerManage and monitor all outsourced service vehicle trips for proper charging to the requesting department and collection of excess charges from the sellersEnsure that all logistics support needed by the departments are provided on timeManages and arrange for the third party logistics support needed by the requesting departments for ingress, egress and otherEnsure all billings are processed in a timely and accurate manner

Facilities Management

Maintains the cleanliness of the office facilitiesManages the workload of the utility men: messengerial and janitorialManages safety the and security of the premisesEnsure that the necessary business permits and licences are secured on a timely mannerCoordinate and schedule with service contractors minor repairs and pest control on all offices

Asset Management

Ensure accomplishment of the yearly registration of company vehiclesEnsure the maintenance and upkeep of company vehiclesPerform asset tagging and monitoring of all company furniture, equipment and other assetsdocument the assignment of company assets to all employeesMonitor all received office supplies and equipment per departmentConduct monthly inventory audit of all office supplies and equipment in the storage room

Employee Benefits Management

Maintain the database of all employees entitled to gas and communication allowanceIdentify employees who exceed the monthly allowance for salary deduction by accounting departmentMonitor monthly utilization of gas and communication allowanceEnsure all communication plan billings are processed in a timely and accurate mannerManage and monitor the Car Plan availments and ensure timely payment of lease
