IT Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

System analysis and support  Monitor current JDA projects and interfaces.System configuration validation during the Solution Build, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Preparation phases.Creation of JDA Business Requirements SpecificationsSubmit Change RequestsProvide technical support to internal customersRecommends solutions to issues and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of general consulting experience using JDA MMS experience (preferably version 7.7).Experience in AS400/OS400 Platform with IBM iSeries, preferable understanding System Development Life Cycle.Basic understanding of Retail Business, Supply Chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts.Strong communication skills, including presenting complex information to individuals and small groups.Knowledgeable in Configuring MMS systems to meet business requirements and creating and executing system testing to validate that software meets business specifications.Experience working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, development, testing, training, and rollout of a client’s project life-cycle.Serves as a conduit between business and IT organizations for developing functional specifications through the MMS solution.Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms.

Qualifications:
