Distribution Center Assistant - Cebu Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and oversees Cebu DC operation in the absence of the Warehouse supervisor. Monitors and follow-up inbound and outbound shipments. Ensures offloading of shipments on time and immediately post on the systems (Infor/JDA) accurately. Report any discrepancies to his immediate superior.Prepares reports related to Inbound, outbound, Inventory related, and others. Ensures that all receiving and delivery documents are secured and adequately filledMonitors warehouse operations to ensure all processes are carried out efficiently (accurate picking and on-time delivery to the stores) Oversees outbound activities (stock replenishment, order fulfillment, picking, and shipping of stocks to the stores) Monitors warehouse operations to ensure all processes are carried out efficiently (accurate picking and on-time delivery to the stores) Allocates manpower resources according to the changing needs of the operationsImplements safety, security, housekeeping, and sanitation programs (in close coordination with the third-party logistics provider)Performs other duties that his immediate head may assign from time to time. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicant must be a college graduate of any four years related course.With warehouse working experienceWith system knowledge using Warehouse Management System (WMS). With Inventory Management experience. Efficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and MS TeamsCan work with very minimal supervision. Office Address: Ministop Cebu DC Warehouse Lite Xpress Warehouse, Lieness St., Paknaan, Mandaue City
