Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalenJob Summary: Ensure proper inventory and monitoring of incoming to outgoing of units. To maintain records of sales for FORD SURIGAO , To properly coordinate requirements and status of sales to all concerned.        Duties and Responsibilities:Check inventory of all vehicles daily and submit stock allocation report to sales managersMonitor vehicle allocation and daily releases (prepare a copy for DCRC for their after-sale calls)Prepare all documents for units to be releasedMonitor and check documents to be forwarded to LTO liaisons for registrationsMonitor LTO registrations, OR/CR’s and Plate Numbers to be forwarded to Credit and Collection and DCRC office respectively.Facilitate compliance of admin documentsOther FunctionsCheck vehicle sales invoicesVehicle delivery receiptsSRF pertaining to subsidy freebies given to costumersOR CR for vehicle releasesSkill Requirements:Computer LiterateEffective communication skillsEfficientPatientPreferably with experience in client interaction.Keen to detailsCan work under pressureOrganizeSelf Management
