IT Analyst

Under the general supervision, the IT Analyst is responsible for providing technical suppoort, e.g., testing of enhancements, to help the Division in managing the Electronic Delivery Channels more effectively. He provides assistance to ensure internal systems run smoothly and that users maximize benefits from them. The IT analyst also designs and implements information systems that optimize organizational efficiency.

Attention to details; problem-solving skills & logical approach to work; team playing skills; planning; creative skills & design sense; effective communication with ability to explain technical matters clearly; project management; willingness to keep up to date with changes in technology; web graphic design/user interface design/ programming skills is a plusCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.No work experience required.Full-Time position(s) available.
