HR Assistant (Project-based)

JOB PURPOSE

To support, assist and maintain effectivity of the human resources operations department (HROD) by providing administrative support.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help with daily recruitment activities:Primary responsibility is to assist recruitment Help in the administration of examMay schedule or assist in scheduling interview appointments and/or meetingsPrepare and duplicate forms necessary for recruitment and test administrationAdminister and monitor the processing of all benefits documentation to ensure compliance with policy, procedure and regulatory requirementsFile documents in employee 201 folder as necessaryCategorize leave and overtime forms every after DTR processingEstablish, maintain, process and update files, record and other documentsPerform clerical/administrative task tasks and activities such as assigned.
