职位描述

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handle SAP transactions for billing settlement and reconciliations.

2. Request for Quotations from both local and international partners for Sales requirements and negotiate pricing.

3. Route approval of SAP PR/POs to authorized approvers.

4. Coordinate with third-party partners on the settlement of billing including raising necessary disputes.

5. Ensure timely deactivation of third-party circuits to avoid exposure.

6. Track all new and existing circuits for the accrual of Finance.

Job Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering or any Accounting-related CoursesExcellent oral and written communication skillsNegotiating skills to get the best goods for the correct pricesProblem-solving skills to solve stock and inventory issuesOrganizational skills to monitor merchandise and purchase ordersWith experience in using SAP Application is an advantageWith Project Management/ Technical background
