Telemarketer (Fixed-Term)

Telemarketers will initially do call outs for the Top 1001-5000 corporations focused in getting contact details, client profiling, qualification (requirement gathering). They may propose/close or endorse accounts to ENT Relationship Managers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Cold call Top 1001-5000 corporations focused in getting contact details, client profiling, qualification (requirement gathering)Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information in CRM SystemAnswer incoming calls from prospective customers.Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a products price, features and benefitsMaintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomesMeet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goalsIntercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policyPersuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needsAsk relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposesGo the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Job Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or management/ECE/ Hospitality-related course.Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferredProven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phoneSkilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
