What are we looking for?

Completed 12 years of education

Experience Target  

Suitable experience and capability to positively present API to the customer when engaging via phone or chatAirline/Hotel/Travel experience is a plusPrior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, airline reservation systems and/or related functions is a plus

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills via phone or chat.Able to work in a fast paced environmentPunctual and respectful of agreed upon working hoursAbility to work within a team environment or work independentlyProficient English writing skillsCompetent user of computer equipment and software.Ability to multi task and prioritize.Detail oriented and well organized
